Grand International Art Gallery’s Corporate Leasing Program is an excellent solution for corporations interested in having art as an integral part of their environment without substantial up-front investments.

Our leasing programs are flexible enough to meet our client’s specific needs. The leasing terms are based on the size of the painting, artist, whether it is a commissioned piece or not, framing as well as other factors. Artwork can be framed to the client’s specifications to accommodate their unique environment and preferences. Shipping, packaging, insurance and handling costs are not included in the leasing rates and will be quoted separately.

For companies uncertain about purchasing, our operating lease plan offers optimal flexibility. The plan is particularly beneficial to corporations desiring a small security deposit and a relatively low monthly payment. At the end of the lease term, the lessee has the option to extend the term of the lease, return the artwork, or purchase the artwork at its fair market value.
